Yellow Pea Microgreens

Organic Garden Yellow Pea microgreens are young, tender pea shoots that are packed with nutrients and are easy to grow in a small space. Here are the materials and steps you will need to grow Organic Garden Yellow Pea microgreens:

Materials:

Organic Garden Yellow Pea seeds
Seedling tray
Potting soil or seed-starting mix
Water spray bottle
Growing light or a sunny window

Steps:

Fill a seedling tray with potting soil or seed-starting mix, leaving about ½ inch of space at the top.
Sprinkle Organic Garden Yellow Pea seeds evenly over the soil, making sure not to overcrowd the tray. You only need a thin layer of seeds.
Use a water spray bottle to moisten the seeds and soil, being careful not to overwater them.
Cover the tray with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in a warm, dark place for 2-3 days to encourage germination.
Once the seeds have sprouted, remove the cover and place the tray under a growing light or in a sunny window with indirect sunlight. If using a growing light, keep it 2-3 inches above the tray.
Water the microgreens daily, using the spray bottle to keep the soil moist. Do not overwater, as this can cause mold or root rot.
After about 10-14 days, the Organic Garden Yellow Pea microgreens will be ready to harvest. Use scissors to snip off the shoots just above the soil level.
